5. Purpose of Data Use
The purpose of using the register data is to manage and maintain the customer relationship between Visionist and its partners’ customers, and to plan, implement, and develop the service using various research methods. The data is used for customer communication and possibly for direct marketing, if the customer has given their consent. The data is also used to monitor and investigate possible misuse.

The data in this register is collected when customers register or fill in other forms related to services provided by Visionist. In addition, personal data may be collected and updated for the purposes described in this privacy policy from publicly available sources and from information provided by authorities or other third parties, within the limits of applicable legislation. Such data updates are performed manually or by automated means.
